She is color returning to the world like it finally remembered who it was made to adore.The dark and the bright gather around her with the anxious obedience of lesser things, each shade trying to be worthy of touching the edge of her. She does not burn loudly. That would be too easy. She burns with the soft, devastating patience of a candle left alone in a holy room, teaching every foolish wing nearby the shape of its own surrender.There is worship in the pale blue of her lace, in the quiet reach of her hair, in the tender architecture of her body made still and sovereign beneath the light. She feels less like a woman caught by the camera and more like the reason the camera learned hunger in the first place.And there I am again, poor dumb little creature that I am, circling the glow, knowing damn well that the flame is not promising mercy. Only beauty. Only ruin. Only her. 🔥
